PipeHours Plumbing

A premium, trust-first plumbing website built to convert San Francisco searchers into booked service calls.

Overview

The Challenge

PipeHours Plumbing serves the San Francisco Bay Area with 24/7 licensed and insured plumbing — a market where trust is everything and competition for emergency search queries is fierce. The challenge was building a site that communicated authority instantly to a stressed homeowner comparing Google results at midnight, while also earning the long-term customer who’s taking their time to find the right team.

Design & Brand Direction

The name “PipeHours” is a deliberate play on “after hours” — built around the brand’s core promise of round-the-clock availability. We complemented that with a deep navy and white palette accented by a sharp cyan blue that creates a single, unmistakable conversion path throughout the scroll. San Francisco landmarks — the Golden Gate Bridge, the Salesforce Tower skyline — ground the brand geographically and build instant rapport with local residents who recognize their city in the imagery. Custom designed van and logo.

Website

Trust signals appear before anything else: “Licensed & Insured,” “24/7 Emergency Service,” “Upfront Pricing” — visible the moment the page loads, because a homeowner in crisis doesn’t have time to dig for credentials. The hero follows with the core promise: “Fast, Reliable Plumbing Repair — When You Need It.” A six-card service grid covers Drain Cleaning, Slab Leak Detection, Water Heater Service, Pipe Repair & Repiping, Sewer Line Repair, and Gas Line Services — each with its own direct “Schedule [Service]” CTA so users never have to wonder what to do next.

Local SEO Structure

Every element of the site architecture was built to rank for high-intent San Francisco plumbing searches — service-specific pages, local business schema, and a “Get a Free Estimate” lead capture section with an integrated service area map. The structure supports both emergency “plumber near me” searches and the considered “best plumber San Francisco” research queries.

What We Did

Services delivered
on this project.

Branding

Brand identity built around the "PipeHours" name — deep navy, white, and cyan create a clean, authoritative mark that stands out in plumbing search results. San Francisco landmark imagery throughout reinforces local roots and builds immediate geographic trust.

Web Design

A trust-first layout engineered for both the emergency midnight searcher and the deliberate daytime researcher. A six-card service grid, persistent trust badges, and cyan CTAs create a single unmistakable conversion path from landing to booked service call.

Copywriting

All copy written around the brand's core promise of 24/7 availability and transparent pricing. "When You Need It," "Upfront Pricing," and "Licensed & Insured" are front and center — the words stressed homeowners need to see before they'll pick up the phone.

Development

Mobile-first custom build with a sticky trust header, direct service-specific CTAs on every card, and an integrated lead capture form with service area map. Built for speed so the site loads before a panicked user bounces to a competitor.

SEO

Local SEO structure targeting San Francisco and Bay Area plumbing searches — emergency plumber SF, drain cleaning San Francisco, slab leak detection — with service page architecture and local schema built to capture both emergency and planned service queries.
