About DallasWebPro

What is DallasWebPro?

DallasWebPro is a custom web development and digital marketing agency in Allen, Texas, founded in 2018 by Jerry Schrader — a developer with 20+ years of experience who also owns AugerPros Plumbing and Drain, a DFW plumbing company running roughly 40 service calls a day. The agency specializes in websites and marketing for local service businesses, with deep expertise in the trades.

Is DallasWebPro a real local business?

Yes — headquartered in Allen, Texas. The owner lives and works in Allen, and his plumbing company, AugerPros, operates across the DFW Metroplex. Read about us →

What kinds of businesses does DallasWebPro work with?

Local service businesses are the core: trades (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing), home services, professional practices, and local retail across DFW. Trades marketing clients are accepted anywhere in the US.

Services & Technology

What services does DallasWebPro offer?

Custom web development, local SEO, AI search optimization, content strategy, and ongoing site care. No page builders, no templates — every site is custom-coded for performance.

Do I still need Google SEO if AI search is the future?

Yes — both, because they feed each other. AI assistants learn about your business largely from the same sources Google reads: your site, your reviews, your directory presence. Work done for one strengthens the other, and Google still drives the majority of local traffic today.

Will my website work with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or my field software?

Yes. Booking and lead forms are built to feed your operational software — the same way it works at the owner's plumbing company, which runs on ServiceTitan.

The Exclusivity Policy

What is DallasWebPro's exclusivity policy?

Marketing and SEO services are exclusive: one client per trade, per city. Website development is open to everyone with no exclusivity. Local search is winner-take-most, and an agency ranking two competitors against each other is lying to one of them.

How do I find out if my market is available?

Check the live availability board. Allen plumbing is permanently claimed — by the owner's own company, AugerPros.

Working Together

How much does a website cost? Coming Soon

Pricing details are being finalized and will be published here once the pricing page is live. In the meantime, contact us for a custom quote — every project is scoped individually based on what you actually need.

How long does a project take? Coming Soon

Timeline details will be published here alongside the process page. Ask us directly for an honest estimate based on your project scope.

Who owns the website when it's done?

You do — domain, content, and code. Full ownership transfers to you at project completion. No lock-in, no ransom. It's your site.

Why does DallasWebPro decide the hosting?

Hosting has to match what's being built; the wrong hosting purchase wastes money and stalls projects. Infrastructure is specified in every proposal, and client-provided hosting needs approval before a project starts.

Getting Found

What should a small business website include to actually get customers?

Service pages matching how customers search, city pages for every market served, visible phone and booking buttons on every screen, real photos of your team and work, fast mobile load times, structured data markup, and review integration. Decoration is optional; these aren't.

How does a local business show up in ChatGPT recommendations?

Be verifiable. Consistent business details everywhere, structured data on your site, a steady flow of real reviews, listings on credible directories, and pages that directly answer the questions customers ask. AI assistants cross-reference sources before recommending — a business that exists in only one place looks like a rumor.

Are reviews really that important?

They're the single strongest trust signal for both Google and AI assistants — volume, recency, and your responses all count. A 4.8 with 400 recent reviews beats a 5.0 with 12 old ones.
