By Application Only
This Isn't
a Website Audit.
We come to your company. We ride with your technicians. We dig into every part of your operation — and we don't leave until it's better. Most applications are declined. If you're accepted, we build tools around your business that your competitors can't buy.
Apply for the ProgramAn Operator Working Inside Your Operation
Jerry Schrader — the owner of Dallas Web Pro and AugerPros Plumbing — comes to your location for a minimum of one full week. Not a Zoom call. Not a report sent by email. He works inside your company: sits in your office, rides with your technicians, reviews your dispatch board, listens to how your CSRs book calls, and watches how your crew interacts with customers in the field.
The goal is to find every point where revenue is leaking or being left on the table — pricing, booking rate, average ticket, job efficiency, review capture, marketing spend, dispatch logic, technician performance — and fix it. Not give you a slide deck about it. Fix it.
This works because Jerry has done it himself. AugerPros dispatches around 40 jobs a day. He's lived the problems you're dealing with. When he rides with your tech, he's not an outside consultant taking notes — he's an operator who knows exactly what a $900 drain cleaning job looks like when it should have been $1,400.
Most Applications Are Declined
This program isn't for every company. It's designed for plumbing businesses at a specific stage — enough volume to benefit from operational improvement, but problems that a week of focused work can actually move. We review every application and decide whether this engagement will produce a meaningful return for your company before we agree to take it on.
We say no if the timing isn't right, if the operation isn't a fit, or if we believe a different service would serve you better first. That's not a sales tactic — it's how we protect the integrity of the program. The companies we accept get everything we have. That's only possible if we're selective.
Good fit indicators
- ✓ Running 3+ trucks and looking to scale
- ✓ Already on ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar
- ✓ Booking rate, average ticket, or review volume is a known gap
- ✓ Owner willing to be present and fully engaged for the week
- ✓ Ready to implement — not just learn
Not a fit
- ✗ Owner-operator running 1–2 trucks solo
- ✗ Looking for a report but not ready to make changes
- ✗ Not currently using dispatch software
What the Week Looks Like
Every engagement is different — but the structure is consistent.
Operations Deep Dive
Full review of how your business runs from first call to invoice. Dispatch board, CSR recordings, booking rate by call type, pricing structure, average ticket by service, technician performance data, marketing spend vs. job revenue. We build a complete picture before we touch anything.
Field Ride-Alongs
Jerry rides with your technicians. Real calls, real customers, real pricing conversations. We observe how your techs present options, handle objections, upsell services, and capture reviews. This is where the gap between what management thinks is happening in the field and what actually is becomes very clear — and very fixable.
Live Implementation
We don't wait until the end to act. Issues identified on Day 1 start getting fixed on Day 2. Pricing adjustments, CSR scripting, dispatch logic, review request workflows — we implement changes in real time and measure the immediate effect while we're still on-site.
Software & AI Build-Out
Based on what we found and fixed, we build the tools your operation needs — custom to your workflows, your dispatch software, and your market. This is where the competitive edge gets locked in. Not a third-party app that every competitor can buy. Software and AI agents built specifically for how your company works.
What You Leave With
Tangible results from the engagement — not a report that gets filed away.
Corrected Pricing & Avg. Ticket
A pricing structure calibrated to your market, your call types, and your cost basis — with field-tested option presentation that your techs can actually execute.
CSR Scripting & Booking Rate
Rewritten call scripts, objection handling frameworks, and booking workflows built from what we heard on real calls — designed to move your booking rate measurably.
Custom Software
Tools built around your specific workflows — not off-the-shelf apps. Could be dispatch optimization, reporting dashboards, pricing calculators, or technician performance tracking.
AI Agents
Where automation can give you a real edge — lead qualification, after-hours response, review capture, CSR support, dispatch routing — built and deployed before we leave.
Field Operations Playbook
A documented standard for how your technicians should run a call — from introduction to options presentation to close — based on what actually works in the field, not a textbook.
Competitive Positioning
An honest assessment of your market — who you're competing against, where you're losing jobs you should win, and what it would take to become the dominant operator in your area.
For Operators Who Are Done Leaving Money on the Table
This is for the plumbing company owner who knows their operation isn't running as efficiently as it should, can feel the money leaking through average ticket and booking rate, but hasn't had someone with real operational experience in the building to find exactly where it's going.
It's not for operators who want a report. It's for operators who want to fix it — and who understand that a week of serious work can change the trajectory of their company faster than years of incremental adjustments on their own.
Program FAQ
What accepted companies ask before we show up.
How do I apply?
Fill out the contact form and tell us about your company — number of trucks, dispatch software, rough revenue range, and what you're trying to solve. We review every application and respond within a few business days. Most applicants are not accepted — not because they're bad companies, but because the program works best for businesses at a specific stage of growth.
How long is the engagement?
The minimum is one full week on-site at your location. Depending on the size of your operation and what we find, it often extends beyond that. We don't leave until the work is done — we don't bill hours to drag it out.
What kind of software gets built?
It depends on what your operation needs — that's the whole point of the first few days. Could be AI lead qualification, automated review workflows, ServiceTitan customizations, reporting dashboards, or custom dispatch tools. Nothing is off-the-shelf. Everything is built around how your company specifically operates.
Do you only work with plumbing companies?
Plumbing is where our deepest operational knowledge is — we run a plumbing company dispatching ~40 jobs a day. That's the primary focus of this program. HVAC and other trades are evaluated case-by-case.
